Research Interests

My research focuses on stochastic processes, stochastic PDEs, numerical solution of PDEs, image processing, machine learning, and physical simulation. Currently I am working on graph convolutional networks and related algorithms, such as diffusion model and causal inference. I am strongly interested in inverse problem of PDEs, especially for fluid mechanics and mathematical biology.

Potential Topics

These topics are rough ideas which I may explore in the future.

  1. Reconstruction of specific physical materials.
  2. Generative models on graph.
  3. Reconstruction of systems based on sparse sample points.
